Sydney Sweeney, the well-endowed actress of Euphoria fame, is catching heat again. This time, people are angry that she posed nude for an ad for Novig, a sports betting platform, with nothing but sports equipment covering her private bits.
Several female athletes publicly blasted the ad.
Olympic swimmer Ariarne Titmus questioned why society is still “monetising a woman’s body,” — the weird spelling is because she’s Australian — while sprinter Amy Hunt argued women’s sports should be about “muscles, hard work, sweat, blood, tears.”
They’re obviously entitled to not like the ad. But they’re actually mad about the wrong thing.
