HEY, SOUTH AFRICA: DON’T BE RACIST

The State Department just sent a blunt message to South Africa: you don’t get any of our precious foreign aid if you fail to protect your white citizens.

The Trump administration is preparing to draw down funding to combat AIDS in South Africa after the country’s government failed to meet a series of policy requests from Washington, according to a State Department scoop obtained by the Daily Caller.

To put it bluntly: the U.S. is no longer treating foreign aid like a no-strings-attached entitlement.
