EXCLUSIVE: Talarico’s Spiritual Mentor Caught On Camera Touting ‘Inclusive’ Bible
James Talarico, the Democratic nominee for Texas Senate, has been hit with some really troubling undercover videos this week. In one, members of an aligned Super PAC discuss a roundabout way in which they allegedly pay people to vote for Talarico. In another, a member of his longtime church, St. Andrew’s, says that she believes Talarico is just saying what he needs to win against Attorney General Ken Paxton and will return to his radical, progressive views if and when he gets elected.
The Daily Caller got its hands on its own undercover video. In the video we obtained exclusively, Talarico’s spiritual mentor and the head pastor at St. Andrew’s, admits to handing out copies of the “Inclusive Bible” to new members:

“It’s good on the gender stuff,” Rigby says in the video. “The more, like, metaphysical stuff, it’s not a very good translation, if that makes sense. I think it’s really important to have a good translation so you can let go of the stupid stuff.”
The Inclusive Bible’s translators say the version goes beyond simply swapping out male pronouns. They describe it as a “re-imagining” of Scripture intended to find “new and non-sexist ways” to express biblical language.
In a section explaining its translation choices, the book states that it avoids using “Son of God” to describe Jesus, instead preferring “Only Begotten,” “God’s Own,” and “Eternally Begotten.” It also changes other traditional gendered references to God, including “Lord,” which the translators say is “sexist” and “classist.”
The undercover footage, captured in August 2026, shows the church putting its policy into practice. During a service, a new member identified as Larry is presented with a copy of the Inclusive Bible.
“And Martha’s here to give Larry his Inclusive Bible,” an unidentified woman says. “It’s the Bible that we use at this church.”
“It’s been rewritten so that there is only inclusive language and that it doesn’t use the gender-fueled language that the King James Version uses,” the woman explains.
Can they be normal for one day?!

Wright said petroleum flows have fallen sharply since the outbreak of the [Iran] conflict, describing a decline from roughly 20 million barrels to about 11 million barrels. He characterized the disruption as a fixable problem but said the bottleneck is increasingly occurring at refineries rather than oil wells.

He noted that roughly 80% of states without coal generation have electricity prices above the national average.
Coal has been central to the American electricity system for more than a century, Wright said, pushing back against policies that have encouraged coal-fired power plants to retire. The secretary argued that energy policy should focus on the cost and reliability of different resources rather than treating some forms of energy as inherently “virtuous.”
